Your new role
Responsible for producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research, enabling the senior management team to make sound business decisions in the long & short term. You will lead the accounts team to ensure a consistent, efficient service is provided to the business;; and develop the team's knowledge & skills to improve overall productivity. You will constantly review processes & systems, continually driving optimum efficiency for both time & cost, remaining agile & innovative.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience of working in an acquisitive environment. You will have a thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial statistics as well as sound working knowledge of statutory legislation & regulations. You will be an excellent communicator, strong leader and skilled influencer. You will have advanced Excel skills and overall be an adept user of financial software. You will be ambitious and hard-working but also want to enjoy a harmonious work/life balance.
