Morgan McKinley is working with a leading Bristol organisation currently going through a significant cultural transformation, to recruit a Director of Finance Operations.
This is a pivotal role in the senior leadership team, that will require you to embed a culture of continuous improvement, and use your influencing skills to motivate and empower your teams. Specific areas of responsibility will include AP, AR, Credit Control, Payroll & Pensions, and this role will also oversee HR & Finance Systems, with a remit for realising the potential of a recently implemented ERP system.
You will also be expected to develop a vision for Financial Operations, putting the customer at the heart of all decision making and overseeing the development of a a programme of continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a graduate Qualified Accountant with experience of successfully leading large teams, who embraces and delivers change with enthusiasm. You will be a charismatic and engaging finance professional with the ability to think creatively, drive process improvements and effectively manage internal and external stakeholder expectations in delivering complex projects.
