Senior Financial Analyst - SUPERB ROLE, Heathrow (£50/55,000)

McGinnis Loy Associates is proud to be working with a highly renowned FMCG business who are looking to recruit a Qualified Senior Financial Analyst who can support non-finance managers across one of their key new consumer divisions. With progression into a wider Finance Manager role in due course, you will have full ownership and accountability of all financial systems, data, reports and interfaces within the division. Key duties include: Supporting the transition of all accounting and reporting from the US into the UK HeadquartersWorking with the Sales & Marketing team, providing them with a dedicated Financial Support function in the UKEnsuring integrity of systems, processes and functionality in relation to Inter-company trading records and transactionsAnalysis of sales, KPI data and improved gross margins on a weekly basisWorking with the non-finance team in relation to distributor pricing and warehousing/distribution cost analysisIdentifying internal/external risks to the business and providing insight to potential solutionsRepresenting finance within customer teams, focusing on driving sales growth & overall business profitability To be considered for the role you should be a fully Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA Accountant with proven academics, strong business analysis and relationship-building skills and previous "business partnering" experience. Expertise in multi-site FMCG, Distribution or Retail type environment would be highly desirable as they are looking for someone who will require minimal training to undertake the role. On offer is a base salary to £55,000 + car allowance, 10% bonus, 25 days holidays, company pension and healthcare schemes.
