Commercial Finance Analyst - Bury

My client is currently looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team based in Bury. This permanent full-time role is working for a large PLC business that annually goes from strength to strength therefore there is fantastic career progression opportunities available within this role. Ideally they are looking for a candidate with strong academic background who has proven consistency. Key responsibilties within this role would be as follows: Supporting the Commercial Finance Manager, and working across all group fascias.Preparation of new store appraisals including income statement performance, and return on investment measures.Post opening assessment of performance & variance analysis.Preparation of financial appraisals prior to major refurbishment works.Provide store performance data & analytics to assist in strategic property decision making.Ad hoc analysis & reporting. What we are looking for?
