Commercial Finance Analyst - Property! A leading property based company head quartered in Luton are searching for a highly ambitious Commercial Finance Analyst to help drive, improve and influence the financial and operational performance of the business against set targets through target performance. As the Commercial Finance Analyst, you must be highly commercial and have a transformation mind as you will be liaising and decision making with up to Board level and be working with the commercial Directors and Managers. The ideal Commercial Finance Analyst will have previous FP&A experience. Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Finance Analyst: Financial and non-financial weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reportingBusiness partnering with senior stakeholdersPartnering with relevant stakeholdersBusiness Partnering with relevant stakeholders to design and implement KPIs and Balance Scorecard reportingOverseeing annual statutory audit for divisionPreparation of statutory accountsDrives financial initiativesLots of involvement improving and implementing new finance systemOwnership of Divisional P&L / Balance Sheet / Cash Flow through monthly reporting to improve reporting capabilitiesAnalysis of regional P&Ls and presenting monthly highlights to senior stakeholders Understanding reasons for variances to forecast and provide data analysis to ensure senior stakeholders are aware and agree corrective actions Managing the overall budget and forecast processIn-direct management of transactional team in order to drive accurate output/reporting Requirement for the Commercial Finance Analyst: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)Excellent academic recordPrevious experience within a commercial roleAbility to review and develop internal processes and proceduresPrevious FP&A experience would be advantageous This is an urgent requirement with interviews to commence ASAP.
