This role is to be responsible for your team and ensure all responsibilities are completed in a manner that is aligned to business strategy and requirements whilst continuously improving customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities: Timely and accurate processing of invoices from receipt to payment (Manhattan; EDI; INC) & Invoice uploadEnsuring comprehensive ledger maintenance. Including statement reconciliation, property accounts upkeep and unreconciled transactions are understood / resolvedLiaising with various departmentsSet deadlines and KPI reviewsOversee payment run processOversee teams reconciliation reports for monthly expenses & corporate cardsContinuously search for innovative ways of improving the AP functionOversee invoices relating to international entitiesWorking with other Finance teams to ensure that the costs are allocated to correct accounts and postingImplementation of new processes and procedures as outlined by management teamTrain new team members and support development of finance learning pathway Key skills At least partly, and actively on the way to being, professionally qualified (ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Minimum of 3 years working within Accounts PayableManagement experience preferred (or supervisor level)Ability to prioritise workload and work of team, in particular around month end.Experience of working within a shared service or customer focused environment - meeting performance expectations based on defined Key Performance Indictors (KPIs)Highly organised and able to work effectively with set procedures and timetables, managing time and prioritising tasks as necessary to meet strict monthly deadlines, with minimum supervisionHigh level of computer literacyHigh attention to detailExcellent communications skills
