Trainee Accountant

Trainee Accountant - Trafford Bar Up to £20,000 per annum 37.5 hours per week Hallidays Ethical Resourcing are currently recruiting for a leading Contractor that specialises in maintenance, refurbishment and building work for commercial properties. We are looking for a Trainee Accountant to work within this growing team based in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be a finance or accounting graduate who is now looking to develop both academically and professionally. You must have an enthusiasm for accounting and should want to grow with the role, towards Finance Controller level. Initially you will be responsible for; finance administration, processing time sheets and sales invoices. Your responsibilities will then grow to dealing with Management Accounts, working with Capital Management, Subcontractor Cost Management and Cost Analysis. We are looking for someone who has; A degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or EconomicsExperience in the accounting sector or similarA high level of both written and verbal communication skillsOrganisational skills and attention to detailThe desire to complete the ACCA qualification We're looking for a true team player.
