Senior Finance Manager

KCR Solutions are currently looking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager for our client in Newcastle upon Tyne. This fantastic company are looking for someone who can efficiently lead the financial transactions team. The successful candidate will earn £65,000 - £70,000 Responsibilities: Leadership of 4 direct reports consisting of Team Leads for Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Credit Control and CostingProduction of monthly KPIs, ad-hoc reports, review of various statutory returns and reconciliations including monthly Balance Sheet ReviewResponsibility for the quality and timeliness of the service delivery of all of the transactional teamsMaintaining and developing close working relationships with global finance teams and regional finance teamsChairing monthly calls with key stakeholders and being point of contact for delivery escalationsWorking with the managers and directors to deliver high quality services on budgetLeading/overseeing process reviewsWorking as part of project teams in various software development/implementations, with an overarching emphasis on process (and continuous) improvementResponsibility for proactive and efficient resourcing of the delivery teams Person Spec: Significant management experience across multiple teamsKnowledge and practical experience of process improvement techniques, project management, systems implementation and developmentFirst class customer service provider, used to delivering right first time processing to agreed SLAs and deadlinesA skilled communicator; both verbal and writtenComfortable presenting to audiences of all disciplines and levelsExperience of managing key stakeholder relationships globally and the ability to be mobile in order to build exceptional relationships where appropriateAble to facilitate outstanding service delivery by building and sustaining highly skilled and effective teamsUsed to working to monthly/annual deadlines, prioritising workload, balancing service delivery with project workACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified - an advantage, but not essential In return you will be eligible for: Private medical insuranceLife AssuranceAccident InsuranceIncome Protection (long term disability) coverGrade-related Flexible Benefits FundGlobal Profit Share schemeExcellent Salary
