Financial Controller

The Company Brewster Pratap are delighted to be working exclusively with a growing company based on the outskirts of Chesterfield. They are going through a large growth and change period and are looking for an ambitious Financial Controller. They are currently c£65m turnover but are looking at large growth into 2018/2019 The Job This job will report to the Finance Director and will be responsible for the day to day financial management of the 2 divisions along with 11 direct reports Day-to-day management of finance and analysis teams Day-to-day overview and management of all financial processes Manage monthly accounting and reporting and year end Statutory accounts Ensure all necessary information is provided to ABL asset funders Presentation of all financial results to the Finance Director Interface with Commercial departments and JV partner as necessary Initial responsibility for all tax and compliance matters Improvement of processes and systems and management of any new system implementations Budgets and cost control and variance analysis The Person Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong financial and management accounts knowledge and good people management skills. You will have experience in a similar role or looking for the next step in your career. You will have a passion to challenge and change and have good attention to detail.
