We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and resourceful candidate for the Senior Consultant position in our IB department
The position includes the following responsibilities
· Data collection on potential parties of the transaction
· Preparation of comprehensive market analysis
· Development of financial models and indicative business valuations
· Assistance in preparation of teasers, investment memorandums and other project-related presentations
What we are looking for
· 0.5 + years’ experience in audit and financial due diligence department (big4 experience is preferred)
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related areas required
· Knowledge of Russian accounting standards is a must (IFRS preferred)
· English – intermediate level is an advantage
· Proficiency with 1C, Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
· ACCA/CPA/CFA license is an advantage
· Russian citizenship is required
