Commercial Finance Manager Based in Luton, Bedfordshire, our client is a renowned company looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join their team. This job would suit a Graduate-calibre qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA) with excellent academics and post qualified experience gained in a dynamic business ideally FMCG or food production as the role is providing commercial support, business partnering with a production facility, including all stock and supply chain activity. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the most effective use of company assets to deliver functional strategy and the sustainable growth of the company as well as building business partnering trust through delivering best in class financial insight which is used to drive foresight in planning and decision making. This company is rapidly expanding using different business models around the world. The successful individual will be a qualified Accountant and lead in best practice ways of working and hold stakeholders to account in their decision making and adherence to financial governance as well as have the credibility and gravitas to liaise with and influence board level directors and senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the focus on delivering insight and foresight are essential as are excellent Excel modelling and presentation skills. The candidate must have the ability to articulate complex financial concepts and analyses to non-accountants.
