Commercial AccountantFacilities ManagementManchester Client Details A leading facilities management business in the greater Manchester area requires a commercial cost accountant to join their team during a period of expansion Description This Cost Accountant role will include the following within its wide remit;Reviewing, bidding and tender documentation validationFinancial modellingPricing and forecasting based on market trend / country / customerP&L reportingBudgetingForecasting and variance reportingSupport with management accountants at month endBillings and Journals Profile Ideally your background will be in facilities managementActive ACCA/CIMA studier preferredExcellent Microsoft excel knowledge, minimum requirements - Vlookups, Pivots, If Analysis and general manipulation of large volumes of dataStrong accountancy software skillsCommercial business experienceConfident in your knowledge to impact the business and support business decisions with new and planned ideasAble to positively implement change Job Offer Competitive salary + benefitsOn site parkingExcellent career progression
