This top 50 firm is expanding the Corporate Finance function in the East Anglian region and across the UK. A talented manager with Corporate Finance experience is sought to join the team. The manager will work as part of the Strategic Corporate Finance team on lead advisory and transactional support, in a hands on, proactive, client facing role. As well as Corporate Finance experience good accounting, tax, commercial knowledge and strong client experience is required. Candidates will be ACA/ACCA qualified. Recent corporate finance experience in practice is essential - ideally in both lead advisory and transaction services from an SME focused general practice background. Candidates already at manager level, or an assistant manager seeking to progress, will be considered. Support towards the ICAEW Corporate finance qualification is available.
