Management Accountant

A high growth business has created a new role for a Commercial Management Accountant due to the increase in business. The ideal candidate will be part qualified/recently qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) and eager to complete their studies. Based in South Lincolnshire you will be involved in the preparation of the management accounts for a c£10 million turnover business, ensuring of the production of timely and accurate accounts and the profitability of the business. In this extremely visible and commercial role the successful candidate's responsibilities will include: Preparation of management accounts through to trial balancePreparation of monthly profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flowMonthly reporting of the results to the Management BoardLiaison with other members of the finance team and commercial managersSupport commercial teams by proactive engagement in the management of key informationWork with commercial and operational management to drive contract performance improvementDevelopment and implementation of financial systems to support the requirements of the businessAny other ad-hoc duties as required Key skills preferred are: Part Qualified/Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Accounting SystemsExcellent Communicator both verbal and written and a strong contributor in meetingsHas strong personal drive and commitment to delivery of results Please contact Emma McCarthy at our Lincoln office for further information.
