Finance Director

Due to growth, this Global manufacturing business is seeking a Finance Director to join the Senior Management Team of their UK division based in Northampton.Responsibilities will include:* Manage a team of 6 staff* Take responsibility for accurate financial reporting* Analyse and report on factors affecting business performance* Review and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities* Develop financial management processes to minimise risk* Develop relationships with external contacts (auditors, solicitors banks etc.)* Understand and react to changes in financial regulations and legislationWe are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with relevant post qualification experience. Manufacturing/distribution experience would be ideal but not essential.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, growing business with exciting plans for future growth.
