Finance Manager

CAMBRIDGE, United Kingdom - Our client, a leading multi-national business based in Cambridge, is currently looking to hire a Finance Manager to work within their operations finance team. Working with the EMEA headquarters, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the accounting and analysis of the key financials which are produced by the operations finance group, with a particular focus on revenue and balance sheet entries as well as the processes and controls under which the operations finance group operates. In addition, you will act as the liaison for both internal and external audit. Specific duties & responsibilities include; * Cross functional collaboration across the business* Working within the month end close schedule, ensuring timely & accurate postings into the monthly financial statements* Assisting with both internal & external audit requirements* This role involves line management responsibilities, including the day to day direction of staff, recruitment of new staff, training and development and performance management Interested applicants should be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with significant post qualification experience as well as extensive balance sheet and P&L management experience.
