The firm: This organisation have multiple offices globally. Their Dublin operation is right in the heart of Dublin city centre, close to a variety of forms of transport including Luas, Bus and DART. They operate a corporate environment which encourages a collaborative approach in everything that they do. The role: Reporting to the Payroll Manager this role involves: · Setting up both starters and leavers · Processing payroll in a busy environment on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis · Dealing with BIK, pension, awards etc · Producing monthly payroll reports · Preparation of P30, P35 and P60 forms · Processing payment via EFT and internet banking · Other payroll related tasks where required The successful candidate: The right person for this role will have: · At least 2-3 payroll experience · A very level of attention to detail · Excellent stakeholder management skills · Strong communication skills · The ability to work under pressure · Intermediate Excel skills · An IPASS qualification, if possible
