Compliance Manager
The Manager Compliance supports the Senior Manager and the Head of ERM Advice and partners with the company Advice ('the business'), other Enterprise Risk Management teams and the companies Group businesses to embed the complete and consistent application of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the organization Advice. The role requires close liaison with key stakeholders, working closely with business representatives and senior leaders as an effective "second line of defence".
· Implement the compliance plan within the Advice business
· Assisting in the provision of expertise advice on complex risk mitigation and compliance matters
· Undertake complex analysis of organisational risks and ensure compliance
· Ensuring compliance with licence (AFSL and ACL) obligations
· Liaising with and advising executive management on matters of governance, risk and compliance
· Provide advice on legislative and regulatory changes affecting financial services
· Identify, report and respond to areas of concern within financial services operations
- Develop and facilitate compliance training
