• Controls all balance sheet accounts by preparation of monthly accounts reconciliation and actions accordingly.
• Prepares monthly invoices for other IHG hotels, General Manager, Store and Shop rentals.
• Prepares all journal vouchers for month-end closing.
• Prepares monthly Financial Statements for distribution to Department Heads and Executives.
• Responsible for month-end ACOM computer closing.
• Approves various city ledger transactions before posting into HIS.
• Approves payment requests, TERs, employee advances, and petty cash prior to payment.
• Assists Director of Finance & Business Support and Assistant Finance & Business Support Manager in budget preparation and input, forecast reports and monthly reporting to corporate office
• Supervises Accounts department in the absence of the AFBSM
