Page Personnel have a fantastic opportunity available for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to start an immediate interim role, based in Manchester City Centre. The role will be initially for a 3 month period with a possibility of a permanent contract afterwards.

Client Details

A well established and growing media business with offices in Central Manchester.

Description

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be reporting directly to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, responsible for processing high volume invoices. Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations

- Complete payment runs

- Resolve queries via email and telephone

- Ensure internal systems and records are kept up-to-date

Profile

To be considered for this role, you must:

- Be immediately available for work- Essential

- Have previous experience within purchase ledger- Essential

- Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written- Essential

Job Offer

£20,000-£22,000 + immediate start + holiday pay + city centre location
