The opportunity

An opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive has arisen to work with the Project Board to lead the process of identification and preparation of communication activities associated with each change project. (e.g. regulatory and strategic projects, fund mergers, objective changes, new launches etc.)

The Role

You will responsible for the planning, production and delivery of corporate action communications for Retail investors.

Your responsibilities will include…

* Contribute to the development of plans to support delivery of product development and change management initiatives.
* Contribute to project updates to the Retail Marketing Management Team on project activity.
* Contribute to ad hoc projects as directed by the Head of Marketing Projects.
* Manage the production and sign off of all project communications, including letters, printed and online materials and translations, for all project communications mailing requirements.
* Liaise with UK and European Marketing teams to ensure awareness of upcoming corporate actions and regulatory changes and help identify potential impact on Marketing literature, websites and processes.

Asset Management experience in marketing or Product Development will be beneficial for this role. You will need a strong understanding of markets, investment products, the investment industry and the corporate actions (eg fund mergers, closures etc) . We are ideally looking for you to have experience of writing client communications within the asset management industry and experience of managing relationships with multiple departments.
