As part of the Finance team, you will be involved in completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, verifying, coding, processing and reconciling invoices. You will also take part in maintaining accounting ledgers, disbursing petty cash, preparing recharge invoices, VAT implementation, and system process improvements.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to handle multiple tasks and strict deadlines. You must have experience processing expense claims, paying vendors, reconciling monthly statements and maintaining accounting ledgers. Knowledge of multiple cost centres and working in a complex environment is a must. Previous experience within the business aviation or hospitality industries is desirable.
