Central Financial Accountant- Permanent- Sandy

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a well-regarded and dynamic brand, to join their finance function as a central Finance Accountant. This is a broad role which offers broad business exposure and a diverse set of duties.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role is centred on providing insight to existing and future performance of the business. Acting as a business partner to key stakeholders, this is a pivotal role with real progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and analysing monthly management accounts
- Managing one junior finance professional
- Reviewing company tax status to ensure compliance in new markets
- Leading on tax returns
- Managing and interpreting cash-flow forecasts
The successful applicant will be a credible and enthusiastic qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant, who is keen to take on a broad role. You will possess excellent technical knowledge and a keen interest in managing and developing a junior member of the team.
