Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

Month end closing that include updating and commentary on the business performance to Group Finance based at UK.
Prepare report for management including detailed P&L, P&L by customer, CAPEX tracking, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet detail and other report as requested.
Prepare slide presentation for management meeting on monthly performance.
Prepare strategy plan, Budget, Quarterly Forecast for Operating Profit, Operating Cash Flow, Working Capital, and other supporting report requested by Group.
Coordinate with Auditor and Tax Agent on Audit and Tax Matters.
Provide relevant information to authority (E.g MIDA).
Perform financial performance analysis (i.e Gross Margin Analysis, Cost Analysis) with commentary.
Preparation of Audited Financial Statements and ensure compliance with Malaysia Financial Reporting Standard.
Oversee overall finance function including AP,GL,AR Reporting and Treasury.
Act on behalf in the absence of the CFO when required.
Report directly to CFO and to assist on ad-hoc task assigned.

Experience & Education

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing line, with 2 years of experience in managerial role or key leadership position preferably in multinational companies. Those with experience in manufacturing and EMS environment will be advatangeous
Preferby degree in Finance & Accouting or professional accounting qualification (ACCA, MICPA, CIMA, MIA, CPA)

PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office software packages.
Knowledge in ERP System.
Knowledge in Taxation.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job.
