Regional Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities: Regional finance manager should be in charge of 7-8 manufacturers and closely work with MEC regional sales managers, marketing managers and finance team to manage and monitor the bottler trade spend and also DME, review trade spend details, also help marketing team to manage and track DME and make sure the proper documentation of DME to support the system P&L management including updating the volume forecast. They also need to support the routine operation stuff and coordinate the HQ accounting team with local finance team in ordering process, AP/AR reconciliation, etc. Bottler Trade Spend Management • Collect bottler trade spend details list and communicate with regional sales manager to validate the spending items • Sample testing of the big spending items to make sure the authentic of the spending • Make sure the spending is in line with MEC trade spend principle and rules Monster DME tracking • Coordinate with regional marketing manager to make sure the proper track of all Marketing expense • Review all the spending items to make sure the proper documentation for payment and submitted to HQ Operation support • Offer the operational support of the coordinating between HQ accounting team and bottler finance including the ordering process, AP/AR reconciliation • If any extra operation expense incurred, help to validate, record and track the spending and reflect in true-up process Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting. • 3-5 years working experience in auditor/internal auditor or finance analyst position • Have professional suspicions on operation details and willing to challenge and fight for the correct • Strong sense in compliance of company principle and rules • Good communication skill to deal with external parties and also internal parties • The knowledge in retail/FMCG is a plus • Strong excel skills • Basically knowledge in SAP • Fluent Mandarin, Basic English (verbal and written) • Flexibility to travel occasionally
