What’s your mission?
As a “Product Owner” of the Customer Management - Business Services squad, your team’s mission is to integrate and build upon our next generation customer relationship management solution. You’ll leverage Salesforce to provide a number of services including appointment bookings, knowledge management, customer chat bots and chat handoff, leads and opportunity capture, and provide our front line agents with a 360 degree view of a customer.
What will your day look like?
Enabling and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team ('Squad') to pursue its mission, by guiding them on 'what' work should be completed by the squad and ‘why’. The Product Owner constantly prioritises the squad’s backlog with the customer at the heart of their decision making. They take responsibility for the full life-cycle of the product from inception through to development, launch and support.
The Product Owner also ensures that the work is strategically aligned to the mission of the Value Stream, and engages with other Product Owners to align and manage interdependencies. Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is a key leadership role, galvanising the squad around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver customer and business value at pace.
