Marc Daniels is excited to be working with a large, reputable technology organization in Reading who is currently seeking a Qualified Management Accountant. To join their growing Accounting function.
The purpose of the role is to provide accurate and timely management accounts information and provide variance analysis with budgets and forecasts for the wider business unit.

The purpose of the role is to provide accurate and timely management accounts information and provide variance analysis with budgets and forecasts for the wider business unit.
Main duties of the Management Accountant role include:
- To ensure timely and accurate production of management information.
- To prepare and validate profit figures on a monthly basis (reporting to FC, FM and FD levels)
- To review monthly costs and provide variance analysis.
- Ensuring all costs has been properly accounted for.
- To prepare management accounts in accordance with agreed timescales including reporting pack.
- Ensure all Balance sheet accounts have been reconciled
- Compile all necessary audit information.
- To ensure a smooth and complete audit process.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
- The ideal candidate will be ACCA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent with previous management accounting experience.
You will have strong analytical skills and be confident using excel coupled with good communication and relationship building skills
