Purchase Ledger Assistant
A great permanent opportunity for a full time Purchase Ledger position based in Stockport.
Working for a well established, successful organisation with a well respect reputation in the market place. Based in a friendly and supportive team.
This role is reporting in to the Finance Manager.
The duties include:
- Processing invoices and credits through P2P system
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Supplier statements reconciliations
- Payment runs
- General banking and taking payments
- Dealing with supplier queries
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be confident and able to build strong internal relationships - Essential
- Have worked on a P2P system and three way matching - Desirable
- Be a strong communicator with a strong attention to detail - Essential
This role is looking to pay from £18,000 to £20,000 per annum + Parking + Pension + Discounts
