Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all AP vendor relationships.
• Documenting and developing existing AP processes.
• Ensuring timely and efficient input of all AP invoices.
• Routing invoices to departmental heads for approval.
• Generating payment runs in multi-currencies, including system payment runs and manual runs.
• Preparation and management of not Invoiced reconciliations
• Supporting the Month End Close Process.

Successful Candidate:

• Extremely organised.
• Has the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
