A well-established, growing organisation in Harrogate is looking to take on an Assistant Accountant to cover a period of maternity. The main focus on the role will be to provide technical Accounting & Transactional support across the whole Finance function.
The contract will be initially be for a minimum of 9 months.
Main responsibilities:
*Preparation of month end journals.
*Balance sheet reconciliations.
*Bank reconciliations.
*Purchase ledger & credit control duties.
*Query resolution.
The ideal candidate:
*Qualified by experience/AAT.
*Experience using SAP would be beneficial.
*Good understanding of general accounts process.
*Experience within a similar role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience to join a multi-national organisation. The ideal candidate will be immediately available or on a weeks' notice.
