c£150,000 - c£200,000 + Bonus
London Real Estate Investor / Developer with an AUM in excess of c£bn is currently considering the prospect of appointing a new CFO to the business.
We are looking to speak and discuss the opportunity with qualified Chartered Accountants who have commercial accounting experience at FD/CFO level and have worked within the Real Estate market.
The post will involve taking responsibility for all financial activities including statutory and management financial reporting/forecasting, debt and tax structuring, the review of legal documentation and the management of a small team.
