SENIOR ACCOUNTANT & TAX

Job Responsibilities:

• Help the Chief Accountant in managing the accounting system of company. Ensure that all accounting & financial transactions are accounted and reported timely and accurately
• Maintain accurate accounting books and ensure the accuracy and sufficiency of the legal documents related to accounting
• Prepare monthly financial reports and tax declaration to government authorities
• Liaise with government bodies e.g. Tax Authority, State Bank, Banks,...
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Develop and maintain financial data bases
• Other tasks as assign.

Job requirements:

• Male, local Vietnamese only. 34~38 years old.
• Bachelor in Finance/Accounting, speaking English fluently
• At least 6 year experience in Sr. Accountant level in manufacturing companies
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting System and Vietnamese tax laws
• Patient, careful, self-driven, results-oriented, teamwork. Time management, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Strong analytical mind and determined
• Familiar with SAP is referable
• Ability to be under pressure
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to show initiative and communicate any relevant issues
