Job Responsibilities:-

Processing
  • Ensure processing of supplier invoices, staff claims and petty cash claims including matching and verifying the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents i.e. Delivery Orders and Purchase Orders entered into system and within stipulated timeline and in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up outstanding supplier invoices / rebate/ credit note.
  • Ensure no double payment to supplier invoices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on Account Payable balances to General Ledger.
  • Process, review and resolve all issues relating to month end closing of accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly commission computation.
Monthly reconciliation and reporting
  • Ensure preparation of Accounts Payable analysis, creditor reconciliation for month end reporting
  • Ensure preparation of monthly reconciliation of bank and inter-company transactions.
  • Assist in preparation of ad-hoc management reports and analysis.
Compliance to Statutory Requirements
  • Ensure compliance of monthly, quarterly and annual tax submission / reporting and assist in tax planning.
  • Liaison with internal, external auditors and tax agent on statutory requirements by providing the audit schedules/ analysis required for timely completion of audit.
Others
  • Ensure Proper filing of documents for maintenance, retrieval and archiving.
  • Any other tasks that being assigned by your superior or Management from time to time and or job rotation on portfolio.

Job Requirements:-
  • Candidate possess at least ACCA/CIMA/MACPA/Degree in Finance, Accountancy or other related field
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant working experience
  • Familiarization with banking payment methods is preferred
  • Committed, able to work under pressure with good time management
  • A self-starter with qualities of a team player yet is able to work independently
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Exposure to JDE Accounting System will be added advantage
