The Role:
- The overall planning, co-ordination, supervision, management and review of audit and accounting assignments and reporting directly to the audit directors on the status of all such assignments
- Assisting the directors with audit and accounting technical matters
- Assisting in personnel training and staff development of trainee accountants
- Ensuring the provision of excellent client service to all clients including understanding your clients and their expectations
- Attending client meetings where possible and actively contributing to those meetings
- Active involvement in the cash management process including initiating the issuing of fees and collection of debtors
- Active involvement in business development initiatives for the firm
- Attend appropriate continuing professional development training courses
