My Client, a manufacturing organisation with their UK head office based in a fantastic location close to Central Milton Keynes, is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller.
This role will have an oversight over both Finance and Operational matters and as such is seeking an applicant with a wide range of ability (not necessarily experience) within a corporate environment.
You will ideally be a qualified accountant under ACCA or CIMA or nearing qualification at least and be seeking a role that will offer you exposure to a wide range of company matters both financial and non-financial.
Reporting to the Managing Director and holding regular liaison with the Board, you will have excellent communication skills both verbally and in presenting financial information (to both financial and non-financial colleagues).
Overseeing a small finance function, you will have strong management skills as well as a high level of IT acumen, being able to demonstrate capability with a range of IT packages as well as be able to advise on potential upgrades and improvements to current systems.
