Here at Interaction Recruitment, we are delighted to be working with a highly reputable and successful organisation, who are looking to appoint a Group Financial Controller, on a full-time, permanent basis.
As Group Financial Controller, you will have overall responsibility of the Finance function and Your primary responsibilities will include:
· Overseeing the preparation and submission of all Company accounts
· Management of internal controls including legal, statutory and tax requirements
· Provision of Monthly Management Accounts to be presented to the Companys Board on a monthly basis
· Cash-flow management in conjunction with the Treasury Manager
· Monthly consolidation reporting
· Monitoring of financial reporting systems ensuring accuracy and suitability for purpose
· Preparation of year end statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
· Balance sheet reconciliations and VAT Reporting across the Group
You will have the following skills and attributes:
· A minimum of 2 years recent experience within a Group Financial Controller capacity
· ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (although ACA preferred)
· Experience dealing with multi-currency consolidations
· Willingness to travel as required
