We are currently looking to hire a Finance Manager to work for a growing tech business in the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance manager to cover business partnering, Planning and Cost Allocation reporting.
Finance Manager Responsibilities;
- Business partnering experience for a variety of businesses/industries.
- Business partnering leadership team including supporting on ad hoc scenario forecasts
- Month end cost reporting and assisting the leadership team proactively manage costs
- Financial Planning, Budgeting and forecasting.
- Owning the Forecasting and Budgeting process.
- Take responsibility for challenging and improving the quality of current reporting and processes
Finance Manager Key Skills/experience;
- Qualified Accountant with PQE across a wide range of industries.
- Previous experience within financial reporting, planning and forecasting.
- Experience in delivering improvements in business cases - modelling, forecasting and analytical techniques to improve analysis and tracking of performance.
- Strong relationship building, resilience and interpersonal skills are a pre-requisite.
