Job role
This role will be to assist in the co-ordination of tasks which relate primarily to asset management within the TES On-site team. The role is currently based in Bristol Office reporting to TES Co Ordinator


Ensuring all KPIs are met
Working with TES team to ensure their assets are showing correct status and devices are rotated in line with global guidelines
Track asset returns from leavers
Prepare reports of devices ready for local TES teams to start disposal process
Keep track and chasing customers for return of 'expired' secondary devices
Data cleansing tasks
Allocate hardware from central stock ensuring that all information is recorded (in ServiceNow tool).
Liaise with IT Stores team as required.
Assist with managing/reporting of hardware and consumables stock for all UKI offices
Ensuring appropriate hardware is available for on-site and off-site event support as well as client site support
Assist in providing support for meetings as required
Queries and escalations relating to Mobile devices and mobile vendor
Ensure monthly inventory tickets are completed for all offices
Report on and chase equipment assigned to TES

Proficient in Excel
