Responsibilities :
Requirement :
- Responsible for the annual budget, business plan and budgetary control of the assigned property development portfolios.
- To lead, manage & supervise all daily finance / accounting / credit admin / operations of the property development projects.
- To ensure timely closing of monthly and annual accounts in accordance with the approved tax compliance and credit recovery of trade receivable.
- Responsible for overall finance & admin functions of the company.
- To co-ordinate and liaise with auditors, companies secretaries, tax agents, bankers and other statutory bodies.
- To undertake other tasks instructed by management from time to time.
Requirement :
- Degree in Accountancy or Professional qualification in ACCA / MICPA / CIMA.
- Member of MIA.
- At least 8 years of working experience in the property development sector.
- Audit experience gained from Big 4 an added advantage.
- Conversant with MFRS and computer literate.
- Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and report writing skills.
- Based in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.
