CFO - Real Estate - West Flanders

We are currently lookiong for a new CFO to support their strong growth and the further expansion of the company. You will hold a key position in the organisation and will be in charge of all financial and tax law matters. CFO - Your tasks: You will prepare all payments and monitor the approval process; Internal and external financial reporting Preparation of the annual report and budgets You are responsible for setting up the general financial reporting, cash flow planning, budgeting and consolidation across the various companies Taking care of investment decisions You keep an overview of all the entities and closely monitor the financial contractual obligations; CFO - Your profile: Master in Finance/ Law/ Economics Fluent in Dutch and French with a good knowledge of English + 10 years of relevant experience, of which +5 years in a managerial financial role.
