Commerical Finance Manager

My client are looking for a commercially astute, detail oriented Commercial Finance Manager, with excellent communications skills and a strong desire to make business impact quickly.

My client are a fast growing business services provider, who have experienced record year on year growth every year since their current investor purchased the business. With fast growth comes a need for better commercial information, and they're now looking to strengthen their commercial finance function with a senior head.

Description

• Develop commercial analysis and reporting

• Develop KPIs to measure and monitor performance;

• Be the interface between Finance and other Operational teams across the business;

• Develop a customer profitability model, and use to drive customer acquisition and customer retention decision making;

• Identify opportunities to improve performance or drive efficiencies within the operational teams;

• Identify opportunities to sell additional products to existing client base;

• Develop commercial analysis to understand and reduce customer churn, and improve customer retention rates;

• Own and drive the budgeting and reforecasting process for the service teams across the business;

• Understand and develop pricing for customer renewals.

Profile

• Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA

• Strong Excel skills with experience of using Vlookups, Sumifs, pivot tables and graphs.

• The ability to present data in meaningful formats.

• High attention to detail with an analytical approach to working

Job Offer

£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus (experience dependent)
