We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Planning & Stress Testing Manager - CMB UK Finance.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead monthly, quarterly and annual planning for CMB UK, working with business partners in the UK
  • Manage the timely, accurate production of clear forward looking analysis covering all products & countries to support decision-making, providing commentary and analysis in support of each delivery
  • Lead work to enhance business performance discussions with value-adding analysis and commercial insights and Instigate and Lead ad hoc assignments as required
  • Lead the annual PRA stress testing process alongside finance, risk and business stakeholders to assess the impact and mitigating actions of PRA defined stress testing scenarios.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes & systems working with stakeholders to bring alignment across planning and stress testing.
  • Engage across regions, products and segments to deliver plans & analysis
  • Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which one is involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy including, inter alia, the Group Compliance policy.
