Financial ControllerThe Financial Controller must have the ability to ascertain the industry, the operational risks and the local work environment of the Company. The position must create and continuously develop a self-directed Accounting team whose primary responsibility will be to steward the Company's order to cash process and close the books and records on a timely basis.Client DetailsOur client is one of the top global retail company in the USA. This role is looking for a candidate with full finance function experience who will be based in Guangzhou, China with international exposure to the USA regions.DescriptionBecome a financial leader for all functions of the Company.Adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Create and train a self- directed Accounting and Finance team, and if necessary add additional training, or restructure the department through hiring as needed.Institute financial policies and ensure they are communicated and understood by all financial staff.ProfileStrong command of the English language with both verbal and written communication.Interpersonal skills - verbal and written communication skills.Contract negotiation skills - provide revisions in the Company's best interest.Well versed in Financial (GAAP) and local governmental and tax regulations.Ability to oversee the preparation and reporting of monthly financial statements, cash flow with commentaryAbility to prepare budgets, forecasts and analyze variancesA good working knowledge of ERP systemsJob OfferAdditional Bonus and allowance + professional training and workshop in globalTo apply online please click the Apply button below.
