The Company
Our client is a SGX listed company, one of the biggest players within the real estate space. Due to business expansion and growth in China market, they are now recruiting a Finance Manager to manage the group consolidation and SGX reporting.
The Role
Reporting to Finance Director, you are responsible for group consolidation across local and overseas entities. You have to prepare all SGX reporting and announcements as well as working with the business on budgeting/forecasting. You will also be involved in system enhancement and processes improvement project.
Your Profile
To be considered for this role, you will need a degree or professional qualification in accountancy and at least 7 years of working experience within local listed companies. You will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong in Microsoft Excel and hands on experience in Cognos.
