As a Tribe Lead of the Banker Experience Tribe you will lead a team of cross functional, and autonomous squads to deliver and lift the productivity, effectiveness and satisfaction of our front-line teams, helping them to work more efficiently and deliver great service to our customers through the delivery of digital tools for bankers in branches, contact center and mobile users.
You’re relentlessly focussed on continuously improving customer outcomes, eliminating roadblocks for your squads and inspire collaboration and trust across all levels. As a senior leader you will be embedding the New Ways of Working culture at all levels across the tribe in order to drive performance and be a catalyst for transformation whilst maintaining sound understanding of the regulatory environment, the risks we face and make good decisions to ensure we protect our customers and the bank.
Now, what about you?
You have had senior leadership experience in either a large service based corporation (not necessarily banking) or a service based technology start-up. You have collaborated with multiple teams, functions and business lines in the strategic delivery of numerous successful products, services and experiences including complex multichannel services supported by technology, operational processes and front-line staff.
You are able to clearly and simply articulate the Banker Experience vision and how it aligns to the portfolio, division and Exco and have demonstrated experience and a strong passion for driving value based decisions in prioritising the tribe backlog. You are a big picture thinker that considers the interplay of business systems within broader systems to drive strategic alignment of prioritised work.
