Description
* Prepare monthly management reporting and variance analysis
* Follow up payment of General and Administrative expenses and preparation of invoices
* Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close process
* Prepare for Audit and interactions with internal and external auditors
* Prepare yearly operating budget
* Ensure compliance with the risk and internal control framework
* Responsible for Financial accounting for investment entities
* Booking per financial instruments, process, book entries (set-up of system requirements
and guidelines)
* Treasury for operating expenses and Operating cost analysis
* Prepare and file local tax returns (Good and Service Tax (GST) and other returns)
* Prepare annual financial statements for Investment entities and corporate, filling with
ACRA register
* Ensure operational excellence of the investment process by acting as the coordinator with
operational teams in Europe together with the Finance Manager
* Support Finance Manager in the implementation of the proper Corporate Governance
* Work together with Finance Manager to co-ordinate with external counsels and internal resources to ensure all regulatory requirements are satisfied
Profile
* Recognized financial accounting qualification
* Familiar with key asset classes (Equities, Bonds, Credit, Commodities, HF, PE etc.)
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance, accounting, reporting (full set of closing
activities, reconciliation, general accounting) in a Fund Administrator, Bank, Asset
Manager or Family Office
* Experience and knowledge of accounting systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office Tools
* Knowledge of IFRS, Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) tax and legal
requirement
