Our client is one of the largest Oil and Gas/Renewables businesses in the world. With a huge global presence and continuing to post growth our client is frontrunner in their field who, as a progressive business, is also one of the leading providers of renewable energy within the UK.

They are looking to bring in a Finance Business Partner to the London Business Partner team in order to support their continued growth. This fully commercial role sits within the commercial business partner team and will have broad ownership.

Description

The Role

This Finance Business Partner role will be fully commercial, reports into the Head of Business Partnering, and will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering - with internal stakeholders (CEO/CFO), BU Finance teams providing strategic support. Relaying
  • Financial Planning - Manage the planning, budgets and reforecasts for relevant business units. Performance analysis and key metric identification to assist with decision making and long term financial objectives
  • KPIs - identify and monitor financial KPIs, assist with performance planning/target setting
  • Commentary & Presentation - develop and deliver graphics/presentations to outline financial concepts to non-finance teams
  • Ad Hoc Analysis + Projects (approx. 40% of role)

    What's Needed

  • ACA (Top Tier - Oil and Gas Exposure Desirable) or ACCA/CIMA (Big Company Exposure Needed) - Ideally Qualified Within Last 12 Months
  • Strong Analytical Skill Set
  • Great Interpersonal Skills + Business Partnering Exposure Desirable
  • Able to Commute to London (Near Tottenham Court Road)
