• Reporting into a hands on Finance Manager
• Managing a team of 2 Accounts Payable clerks
• Managing and motivating your team
• Ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance with company policy
• Journals and Prepayments
• Dealing with complex invoice queries
• Hiring ner staff for your team
• Sitting 1-1s with your staff members

• Living local to Watford
• A background in Accounts Payable is essential ideally at a Manager/Supervisor level
• Good attention to detail and a natural leader
