Accounts Assistant required who will be working for a UK based Chartered Accountancy practice. Ideally the interested applicant should be confident to use the following software's;

1. Payroll & Pension software

a. Sage 50 Payroll

b. Moneysoft/Payroll Manager

2. Bookkeeping Software

a. Sage 50 Accounts Desktop

b. Sage cloud bases

c. QuickBooks cloud bases

d. Xero cloud based

3. Accounts production software

a. CCH
  • Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
  • Planning and overseeing implementation of accountancy system and policies.
  • Managing payroll and Entering financial information into appropriate software programs.

The successful candidate will possess the following: Accounting background, ideally a Bachelors in Accounting and Finance and AAT, able to communicate with staff at all levels, maintain your own work load, excellent organisational skills, the ability to confidently and professionally liaise with individuals on the phone and face-to-face IN Urdu and English, a keen eye for detail and precision, accountancy practice experience is desirable.
