Responsibilities
Requirements
They could offer:
- Head up the Finance Control, accounting and reporting functions for Greater China Region
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation & submission of statutory and Financial reports
- Deliver accurate and timely financial information to senior management
- Responsible for data integrity and control governance of the accounting data flow
- Enhance and improve relevant accounting policy and procedures
- Support treasury hedging activities
- Ensure effective internal control and satisfactory SOX reviews
- Coordinate with external auditors and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Accounting/Finance/Commerce/Economics degree holder (or equivalent) with recognized accounting qualification I.e. HKICPA/ACCA/CICPA/CA etc
- Minimum 10+ years of accounting/financial reporting/finance control experience preferably from Manufacturing/Trading/ Logistics/Supply Chain/ Retail industry
- Good Cantonese, English and Mandarin skills
- Knowledge in China tax/Trade compliance is an advantage
- Knowledge in internal audit/SOX is an advantage
- Knowledge in China foreign exchange hedging is an advantage
- Prior Big Four Audit experience is preferred
- Occasional travel to China is needed
